Job Summary
Conduct dental services for patients aged 3-21, primarily in a pediatric-focused environment with 70%+ children comprising the patient base. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily, supported by a team of one hygienist, one assistant, and two dental assistants. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces while adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training protocols. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration, and engage in activities promoting a positive company image. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
