Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3–21 and adults using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients with a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Maintain a positive image of the company through community activities and mentorship. Guaranteed base pay exceeds $200k with uncapped earning potential, plus a sign-on bonus and no lab fees. Student loan repayment, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and paid holidays are included. Continuing education reimbursement is available through ADA Accredited programs.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
