Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, utilizing DentaPro software and digital x-ray equipment. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Focus primarily on children ages 3-21 while maintaining compassion for adult patients. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration, and engage in activities promoting a positive company image. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
