Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants in a pediatric-focused environment. Manage daily clinic operations using DentaPro software and digital imaging units while maintaining strict adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management protocols. Coordinate care for a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with an average daily volume of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene cases. Participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration and highlight customer focus, while engaging in activities that promote a positive company image. This role offers multiple schedule options for work-life balance, includes a guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped earning potential, and provides a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
