Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and dental assistants, utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a focus on creating memorable experiences. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight team collaboration, while receiving training in OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management. The role offers a guaranteed base pay exceeding 200k with uncapped earning potential, student loan repayment, and a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
