Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital imaging equipment in a pediatric-focused environment. Manage daily office flow with an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, utilizing DentaPro software and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration and highlight customer focus while maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training. This role offers a guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped earning potential, no lab fees, and a sign-on bonus. Full-time providers receive comprehensive benefits including student loan repayment, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and continuing education reimbursements through an ADA-accredited program. VISA and Green Card sponsorship are available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
