Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients in an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces while adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training protocols. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adult population across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles, promote a positive company image, and engage in mentoring and collaboration for growth and development.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
