Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants in a pediatric-focused environment with 70% children in the patient base. Manage daily office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration while mentoring for growth and development. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually, with guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k, uncapped earning potential, and sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
