Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3-21 and adults in a team setting with one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Maintain compliance through yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while supporting patient growth via mentoring. Guaranteed base pay exceeds $200k with uncapped earning potential, student loan repayment, and a sign-on bonus. No lab fees apply.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
