Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage daily office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually for underserved families. Guaranteed base pay exceeds $200k with uncapped earning potential, plus a sign-on bonus and no lab fees. Full-time providers receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and company-paid malpractice coverage. Continuing education is reimbursed through ADA Accredited programs. Multiple schedule options support work-life balance. VISA and Green Card sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
