Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, managing an average flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces while adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training protocols. Focus care on a patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adult population, utilizing state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to promote team collaboration and customer focus, while engaging in activities that enhance the company's positive image.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
