Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients aged 3-21 and adults using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces, supported by one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to promote team collaboration, customer focus, and goal achievement while engaging in community activities to enhance the company's positive image.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
