Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. This role offers a guaranteed base pay in excess of $200k with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus, and no lab fees. Full-time providers receive medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, and company-paid malpractice coverage. Continuing education is reimbursed through an ADA Accredited program. VISA and Green Card sponsorship are available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
