Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive dental services to a pediatric-focused patient base (ages 3-21) alongside 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants using DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors while maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training. Participate in morning huddles to foster team collaboration, mentor colleagues, and promote a positive company image. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
