Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients aged 3-21 and up to 30% adult population using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients with a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus, while receiving yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Complete required certifications including CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where applicable). Earn a guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped earning potential, no lab fees, and a sign-on bonus. Enjoy student loan repayment, 401(k), paid malpractice insurance, and continuing education reimbursements through an ADA accredited program.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
