Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team including hygienists, assistants, and digital x-ray equipment. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children aged 3-21 with a 70% pediatric patient base. Participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration, celebrate customer focus, and highlight team goals. Guaranteed base pay exceeds $200k with uncapped earning potential, plus a sign-on bonus and student loan repayment program. Eligible for medical, dental, and vision plans, HSA/FSA, 401(k), and company-paid malpractice insurance. Requires a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, valid state license, and CPR/DEA certifications.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
