Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants using DentaPro software and digital imaging equipment. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Prioritize care for a patient base primarily aged 3-21 while participating in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually with guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k, uncapped earning potential, and a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
