Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients aged 3–21 and adults using DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients supported by one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, recognize team achievements, and promote a positive company image. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while offering mentorship and collaboration for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
