Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and dental assistants. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, team collaboration, and customer focus initiatives. Cover designated geographic areas in Louisville, Elizabethtown, and Lexington, KY, with an average caseload of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $900 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, with all travel expenses paid.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and able to cover geographical area below: 3510 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218; 201 Towne Dr, Elizabethtown, KY 42701; 1301 Winchester Rd, Lexington, KY 40505
