Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and DentaPro software, managing an average flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients. Prioritize care for a patient base primarily aged 3-21 while maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration, and engage in activities promoting a positive company image. This role offers guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped earning potential, student loan repayment, and CE reimbursements through an ADA-accredited program.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
