Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, with support from a team including one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles, plan your day, and promote a positive company image through activities. Join in mentoring and collaboration to support growth and development. Guaranteed base pay exceeds $200k with uncapped earning potential and a sign-on bonus. Multiple schedule options available to maintain work/life balance. VISA and Green Card sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
