Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff using DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Manage an average daily caseload of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a portion of adult patients. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration within the team. Guaranteed base pay exceeds $200k with uncapped earning potential, plus a sign-on bonus and student loan repayment assistance. Full-time providers receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and company-paid malpractice coverage. Continuing education is reimbursed through ADA Accredited programs, and multiple schedule options are available to maintain work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
