Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, supported by a team including hygienists, assistants, and dentists. Manage office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Join in activities promoting a positive company image and mentor colleagues for growth. Guaranteed base pay exceeds $200k with uncapped earning potential and a sign-on bonus. Multiple schedule options available; VISA and Green Card sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
