Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and DentaPro software. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a 70% pediatric patient base. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration while maintaining a healthy work-life balance through multiple schedule options. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
Desired Qualifications
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
