Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3–21 and up to 30% adult population, supporting a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus, while maintaining OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Offer multiple schedule options to maintain work/life balance. Guaranteed base pay exceeds $200k with uncapped earning potential, sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment assistance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
