Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients aged 3–21 and adults, supported by a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Receive yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while working with state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payors. This opportunity includes guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k, sign-on bonuses, student loan repayment, and multiple schedule options for a healthy work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
