Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces within a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving a pediatric base of ages 3-21 with up to 30% adult population. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while maintaining CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certifications (where applicable). Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
