Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus, while mentoring and collaborating for growth. Maintain compliance with yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training, plus CPR and DEA certifications. Join Benevis to create over a million smiles annually in underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
