Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage daily office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Maintain compliance through yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while delivering care to underserved families in a compassionate environment.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
