Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3-21 and adults in an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients per day, supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces while maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. This Associate Dentist role offers a guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped earning potential, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and no lab fees. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
