Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, supported by a team including hygienists, assistants, and DentaPro software. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually for underserved families. Guaranteed base pay exceeds $200k with uncapped earning potential, plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus. No lab fees. Multiple schedule options available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
