Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with up to 30% adult population. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration while maintaining a positive company image. Receive guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped earning potential, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and no lab fees. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
