Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3-21 plus adults in a team setting with one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Maintain a positive image of the company through community activities and uphold safety standards via yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. This role offers guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k, uncapped earning potential, and a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
