Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3–21 and adults, managing an office flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily with a team of one hygienist, one assistant, and two dental assistants. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units while adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training protocols. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually, with guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k, uncapped earning potential, and a $50,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
