Job Summary
Provide quality dental treatment within your scope of service following best practices standards and adhere to SCHS workflows, clinical, and operational policies. Collaborate with interprofessional teams to remove barriers to care by delivering exceptional access to dental services while supporting the training and direction of dental personnel. Manage administrative duties including Relias courses, policy attestations, incident reporting, and timecard reviews, ensuring chart closures and Epic in-basket items are addressed within 48 hours. Maintain coding and EHR excellence per SCHS templates, complete peer reviews for risk management, and fulfill full patient contact hours based on FTE. Operate in a professional dental clinic environment using standard office equipment and diagnostic tools, requiring the ability to discern test results and respond to signs of oral health issues or impairment.
