Job Summary
Experienced General Dentist needed for a busy practice with a heavy load of emergency patients across weekdays, weekends, and nights. Responsibilities include conducting thorough examinations, diagnosing and treating dental problems (root canals, extractions, restorations), performing care treatments (x-rays, fillings, sealants, cosmetic services), educating patients on oral hygiene and orthodontics, maintaining strict health and safety standards, restoring function and aesthetics with crowns/bridges/veneers/dentures (including overdentures), handling emergencies with professionalism, collaborating on implant cases, planning cases start-to-finish, and maintaining accurate patient records. Requirements include 3+ years of clinical experience, DDS/DMD from an ADA-accredited school, Board Certification/Eligible, active license, CPR/BLS/NPI certifications, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience outside of residency
- DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
- Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry
- Active State License
- Previous experience in clinical or private practice
- CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications
- Proficiency in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry
- Strong communication and patient-relations skills
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
- Candidate must have a strong background with consultations, comprehensive treatment plans, and dental emergencies
