Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants in an office averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces while adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training protocols. Manage a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adult population across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to promote team collaboration and customer focus. Guaranteed base pay of $9000/day with uncapped earning potential and a $40,000 sign-on bonus. Requires DDS/DMD from an accredited program and current state licensure. Located in communities serving underserved families, offering multiple schedule options and comprehensive benefits including student loan repayment and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
