Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team including a hygienist, hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adult population, utilizing state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Join a mission to create over a million smiles annually for underserved families across the country.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
