Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3–21 and adults using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces within a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an average daily flow of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients across state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Receive yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training alongside mentoring and CE reimbursement through an ADA Accredited program.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
