Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team including hygienists, assistants, and digital x-ray units. Manage an average daily caseload of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children aged 3–21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster team collaboration. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training while receiving mentoring and growth opportunities. Join a mission to create over a million smiles annually in underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
