Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces in a team environment with one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an average daily caseload of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a smaller adult population. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Receive mandatory yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training, plus access to mentoring and collaboration for growth. Earn a guaranteed base pay of $9000/day with uncapped earning potential and a $40,000 sign-on bonus. The role includes student loan repayment assistance of $1,000/month, relocation assistance up to $10,000, and no lab fees. Valid DDS/DMD and current state licensure are required, along with Nitrous Oxide certification where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
