Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and DentaPro software in a clinic serving primarily children ages 3–21. Manage an average daily flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients while utilizing digital x-ray, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration, and engage in activities promoting a positive company image. The role offers a guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment assistance. FT providers receive medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and company-paid malpractice coverage. Continuing education reimbursements are available through ADA-accredited programs, and multiple schedule options support work/life balance. VISA and Green Card sponsorship are available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
