Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants in an office handling 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily. Focus on treating a patient base primarily aged 3–21, utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Maintain a healthy work/life balance with multiple schedule options and receive guaranteed base pay in excess of $200k with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment assistance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
