Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight team collaboration, while engaging in activities to promote a positive company image. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training, and maintain certifications including CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide where applicable. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
