Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, supported by a team including hygienists, assistants, and DentaPro software. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients while utilizing digital x-ray, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training, plus maintain CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certifications as required. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
