Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration while maintaining a positive company image. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
