Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and DentaPro software. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients while utilizing digital x-ray, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Take care of the community through activities promoting a positive company image and mentorship opportunities. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually in underserved communities with a ratio of one hygienist and one assistant per provider.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
