Job Summary
Manage a solo general dentistry practice with full support from front office and clinical staff across ten operatories in a fully digital, family-focused environment. Deliver direct patient care while receiving mentorship from the owner dentist and a CDP peer associate dentist. Participate in ongoing professional development through monthly continuing education courses and structured skill expansion opportunities. Operate Tuesday through Saturday with production-based compensation including a guaranteed base pay and up to $40,000 in total sign-on and lodging bonuses.
