Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team including hygienists, assistants, and digital x-ray units. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a 70% pediatric patient base. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Receive yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training while utilizing DentaPro software and fiber-optic handpieces. Enjoy a guaranteed base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential and a sign-on bonus up to $30,000. Multiple schedule options are available to maintain work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
