Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital imaging equipment. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with up to 30% adult population. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, recognize team achievements, and promote a positive company image. Receive guaranteed base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus up to $30,000, and student loan repayment of $1,000/month. Multiple schedule options are available to maintain work-life balance, with VISA and Green Card sponsorship for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
